Born and raised on Jekyll Island, GA, Rhyn McLemore is a graduate of the Carnegie Mellon School of Drama and has been a proud member of the Actor’s Equity Association for over 20 years. Credits include: Off-Broadway: Dot, directed by Kenny Leon (The Billie Holiday Theatre); Sheldon Harnick’s A World to Win (York Theatre); Off-Off Broadway: Violet (title role) and The Crucible (Gallery Players); Atlanta credits include: Darlin’ Cory (world premiere), Ever After (Suzi nomination), The Incredible Book Eating Boy (world premiere), and A Christmas Carol – Alliance Theatre; The Humans and Safety Net – Theatrical Outfit; Roe (Suzi nomination) and The Cake – Horizon Theatre; Fun Home, Stupid F’ing Bird, and Company – Actor’s Express; Cinderella, The Bridges of Madison County and Split in Three – Aurora Theatre; Dot (directed by Kenny Leon)- Kenny Leon’s True Colors Theatre Company.

Rhyn is on the educational staff at Alliance Theatre where she teaches an on-going Acting the Song class for working professionals. In addition to her performing career, Rhyn works with American Voices, a nonprofit organization that conducts cross-cultural engagement with audiences in over 110 nations worldwide.
